"No Justice Without Life", which addresses the dramatic issue of the death penalty
On 30 November, World Cities for Life Day, Sant’Egidio is promoting the webinar “No Justice Without Life. For a world without the death penalty”, which will begin at 17:30. The webinar will end around 7pm with a flash mob of Youth for Peace, animated by students from Roman high schools and universities, and the extraordinary lighting of the Colosseum, symbol of the global campaign against the death penalty. At the same time, demonstrations and events will be held in numerous cities in 70 countries around the world, to send out a strong message in defence of life and human rights.
